# How to reset a customer's practice tests?

> Resetting Customer Practice Tests in Memorang Hub.

To reset a customer’s practice tests:

1. **Locate the Customer:** Go to the customers page and select the customer.
2. **Open Access Section:** Scroll down to the Access section in the detailed view and find the practice test.
3. **Reset the Test:** Click the three dots next to the test and select Reset Practice Test. Confirm the reset.
