# How to remove access from a customer?

> Revoking Customer Access in Memorang Hub.

To remove access from a customer:

1. **Locate the Customer:** Go to the customers page and select the customer.
2. **Open Access Management:** In the detailed view, scroll to the Access section and find the product to revoke.
3. **Revoke Access:** Click the three dots next to the product and select Revoke Access. Confirm the removal.
