# What are access codes?

> Understanding Access Codes in Memorang Hub.

An Access code is an alpha-numeric string representing details such as
product name, user email, redeemed by (email), status, redeemed date,
and validity. These codes can be redeemed by users for access.

**Steps to find access codes:**

1. **Select an Organization**: From the left-hand selection menu, choose your organization.
2. **Pick a Project**: Navigate to a project from the dashboard, which will direct you to the services page.
3. **Access Codes Section**: Click on EdSpace → Access Codes from the panel on the left to view the list of access codes.
